Job Description:
- Process new hire paperwork, onboarding, and terminations
- Assist with recruitment by scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing offer letters
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Liaise with external vendors on HR-related matters
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
