Job Description:
- Leads, trains, and mentors a team of warehouse associates, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversees the receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of all goods.
- Ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment and inventory.
- Generates regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, including productivity, inventory accuracy, and shipping efficiency.
Job Qualifications:
- The candidate should be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills are required
- Experience in timekeeping is necessary
